Common questions about getting started and using the client portal.

First check your spam or junk folder, the invitation sometimes lands there. If you still can't find it, contact us and we'll resend it right away. Make sure to use the email address you provided when you booked your appointment.

The portal accepts PDF, JPG, PNG, and most common document formats. PDFs are preferred for multi-page documents like bank statements. Clear photos taken with your phone work fine for single-page documents like W-2s.

Yes, TaxDome has a mobile app available for both iOS and Android. You can upload documents, sign returns, and message our team directly from your phone. Search "TaxDome" in the App Store or Google Play.

Click "Forgot password" on the portal login page and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. If you have trouble, contact us and we can help reset your access.
